Things You Didn’t Know You Needed To Know Dept.- UK tabloid paper The Daily Mail reports that 27 year-old Hollywood hunk Zac Ephron was spotted driving a baby-pink MINI Convertible on set in Atlanta, GA during the filming of the movie “Dirty Grandpa.”
By all accounts Zac was perfectly composed and relaxed at the helm of the girly-colored convertible. Though it should be mentioned here that from the photos I saw, he didn’t drive it at all. It was on a trailer the whole time and he merely sat in it while turning the steering wheel and chatting on a cellphone.
The limited photos available on the Mail website appear to show a standard Cooper Convertible and not an S-model. A quick review of the MINI USA website shows that Convertibles are offered in Pepper White, Chili Red, Midnight Black, White Sliver, Lightning Blue, British Racing Green II, and Iced Chocolate. So if you want a pink one, you’ll need a Hollywood film studio budget. Or just paint it yourself. I’m guessing Zac took the former route.
According to IMDb, the film, set to release in June of 2016, follows uptight Efron, who “right before his wedding, is tricked into driving his grandfather, (Robert DeNiro) a perverted former Army general, to Florida for spring break.”
