You need your MINI OEM 'Paint Name' to get the right color pen for your vehicle. MINI has made paint color matching easy by placing the paint name in an easy-to-find location on your MINI. For MINI Cooper & Cooper S Hatchbacks '02-'06 and Convertibles '05-On, paint color name label is located under the hood, adjacent to the headlight washer reservoir filler on the right shock tower (see picture below.) For MINI Cooper & Cooper S Hatchbacks '07-On, paint name is located on the left hand front door jamb.
