This kit enables you to play your MP3 PLAYER / iPod, portable CD player or any other audio device which has an audio output through your MINI's stock stereo!
The kit includes an interface cable, mounting plate, mounting hardware, and installation instructions. The input cable plugs into the back of the in-dash radio control unit and has a standard 3.5mm female connector on the opposite end. A mounting plate attaches the audio connector firmly in the vehicle's glove box.
Not compatible with models before 2003 due to changes in radio software.
