It's a bit like writing "wash me" on a dirty back window, but this MINI Owner took that idea to the extreme. Wait 'til you see this!
Scott Wade 49, of Wimberly, Texas lives on a mile and half of caliche dirt road, a blend of limestone dust, gravel and clay. That is the ideal mixture to render his MINI's windows completely opaque by the time he reaches his driveway.
As he says, "Driving over the surface results in a fine, white dust that billows up behind any vehicle driven faster than a galloping turtle, coating the rear window." He admits to forming a "dirty car windows attraction" that led him to the idea that this isn't "dirt"...it's an artist's medium.
An experienced artist, he went to work to see what he could do and lo and behold, he re-created Leonardo Da Vinci's "Mona Lisa" popping out of Vincent Van Gogh's "Starry Night". (Probably what you would have chosen had you had this measure of talent, no?)
