A dissatisfied owner, perhaps? Firefighters in California discovered a MINI Cooper dashed up on the rocks of Yerba Buena Island, a small island connected to San Francisco by the Bay Bridge. The car was found in the morning at the bottom of a steep cliff near the island's lighthouse.
There was no evidence indicating that there was anyone injured nor that there were any occupants in the vehicle during the incident. San Francisco authorities are looking for the owner of the car, and any information about how the vehicle came to be at the bottom of the cliff would of course be helpful. Initial reports indicated the MINI may have been pushed, but those early reports are now being called into question.
