MINI continues to dazzle us with innovative marketing and promotional ploys. Their latest effort comes as part of their “Not Normal” campaign, and features a MINI Countryman custom-fitted with high resolution LEDs designed to project videos and images submitted by consumers.
This “synthesized digital design, music and interactive social media” effort provides MINI fans an opportunity to stream live videos to the exterior of a MINI Countryman as it travels through the streets of London at night. Participants interested in having their videos featured on the MINI Countryman can stream their media to the MINI Art Beat car through a MINI Facebook app, through MINI Space or through Twitter by tweeting a video with the hashtag #MINIartbeat. The videos will be recorded by a car-mounted camera and presented back to the individual that submitted the video.
