MINIUSA has launched a new game that can be played on your cell phone and in
doing so has given new meaning to the phrase “palm pilot.”
With this new Freestyle MINI game (which can be found at freestylemini.net)
you can challenge four unique “MINI Master” drivers on different
city streetscapes. Completing races, especially those in which you challenge
the MINI Masters, gives you cash prizes which you can use to modify your car
at the Custom Body Shop and Tune Up Garage so that you are even better prepared
for the next race.
Unlike other video games that encourage violence, this game rewards good behavior.
Pull over to give a fellow driver a jump, or give a pedestrian a ride and you
earn Karma points – which must be kept in equilibrium with your Health-o-meter
and Speedometer to ensure a smooth ride.
The game works on the Sprint network, but even if you use a different carrier
you can still download wallpaper and (coming soon) ring tones.
