The MINI Cooper and Cooper S Clubman is 9.6 inches longer and 175 lbs. heavier than your standard MINI Cooper and Cooper S, but you’d never know this sitting in the driver’s seat. The cat-like reflexes, playful personality and get-up-and-go that made its predecessors so lovably popular have, happily, not been messed with one little bit.

There are, of course, some differences, however. Such as a cargo hold that has grown from 24.0 to 32.6 cubic feet with the rear seats down. Rear leg room growth is about 3 inches. And, perhaps most noticeably, those rear “barn doors” that swing wide to swallow all that extra gear you can now bring with you.

Pricewise, it lands between the coupe and the convertible, but when you consider how much more of a good thing you’re actually getting, it’s really not a consideration.
