Due to the complexities of shipping internationally (customs, duties/tariffs, etc.), we do not process international orders from this website. All international order inquiries can be submitted via the form below or faxed to us at 518-664-6641 in North America or 00 (1) 518-664-6641 outside North America.

PAYMENT
For payment on international orders, our preferred methods of payment are
Bank Wire Transfer from your bank or payment via PayPal®. 
Please Note: To pay by PayPal, you must be PayPal Verified. To pay by credit card, orders must ship to your billing address on file with your credit card issuing bank.
Once the product and shipping total on your order has been calculated, this total will be e-mailed or faxed to you as an order recap. If you wish to remit payment via PayPal, please provide us with your email address on file with your PayPal account, and we will send you a PayPal Payment Request for the order. For wire transfers, there is an additional fee of $25 U.S. You will be notified of our bank routing number to at the time your order is confirmed and should initiate the transfer at that time with your bank for the total confirmed.
SHIPPING
International MINI Cooper accessories or parts shipments are sent via Federal Express, United Parcel Service or DHL. We have found these couriers to be the most reliable. (Service through the U.S. Postal System is also available, but it may take much longer and is difficult to track.)
For your convenience, all orders will be confirmed with you via e-mail or fax prior to shipping.
INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY
Please note that International Orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. All taxes and any Customs Duty on International Shipments are the responsibility of the recipient.
